In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 720pub. By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or using any of the Services provided by 720pub, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 Your continued use of the 720pub Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 720pub recommends that Members review these Terms periodically.

2.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 720pub Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 720pub.

2.4 Where any conflict exists between these Terms and the terms of a specific game, promotion, or feature offered by 720pub, the specific terms of that game, promotion, or feature shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

3.1 To register an Account and use the 720pub Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with the minimum gambling age applicable in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulatory guidelines;
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended by 720pub or any affiliated gaming platform;
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering or using your Account.

3.2 720pub reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any time. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination.

3.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 720pub Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 720pub makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) Account with 720pub. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 720pub employs technical and manual detection methods to identify multi-account activity.

4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. 720pub relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any One-Time Passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. 720pub will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 You must notify 720pub immediately through the support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your registration credentials have been compromised.

4.5 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your 720pub Account or any credits contained therein to any third party.

4.6 720pub reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or termination of your Account.

5.1 Deposits. Members may fund their 720pub Wallet using approved payment methods, which currently include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 720pub does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method held in the Member's own name. 720pub does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified Accounts that have completed the KYC process. 720pub processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within approximately ten (10) minutes under normal operational conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one (1) banking day.

5.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 720pub reserves the right to apply a maximum daily withdrawal limit, which is communicated to Members within the account dashboard.

5.5 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own verified name. 720pub does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.6 720pub reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending security reviews, fraud investigations, or outstanding KYC requirements. Members will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address.

5.7 Currency. All transactions on the 720pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion is not supported.

6.1 All games available on the 720pub Platform operate according to their respective game rules, which are accessible from within each game's interface. By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the applicable game rules.

6.2 All bets placed on 720pub are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, reversed, or amended after it has been accepted by the system, except where expressly permitted by the specific game rules or where a technical error has been confirmed by 720pub.

6.3 720pub uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are managed by professional human dealers operating in licensed studio environments. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for slot games are displayed within each game's information panel.

6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game integrity — including server disconnection, software error, or stream failure — 720pub reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wager amount to the Member's Wallet. Winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be paid.

6.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the 720pub Platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change. VIP Members may be subject to individually negotiated limits.

7.1 720pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback credits, reload bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All such offers are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds granted to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise specified by 720pub. Claiming multiple simultaneous bonuses through the creation of multiple Accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated winnings and termination of all related Accounts.

7.4 720pub reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any regulatory obligations. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has already commenced play under its terms, 720pub will honor the terms as they applied at the time of the Member's first qualifying bet.

7.5 VIP Program. 720pub's VIP loyalty program assigns tier status (Silver, Gold, Diamond) based on cumulative betting volume. Tier benefits, including enhanced cashback rates and withdrawal processing priority, are set out in the VIP program terms accessible within a Member's Account dashboard.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 720pub Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of all Wallet balances and pending winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account with 720pub, whether in your own name or in the name of any other person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any identity verification process;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or circumventing geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or similar technologies;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to derive an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected bug will be voided;
• Conducting money laundering or using the 720pub Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 720pub staff, live dealers, or other Members through any communication channel on the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any component of the 720pub Platform's software or intellectual property.

9.1 720pub is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Members. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses.

9.2 720pub provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every Member's Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and may only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Members may configure alerts that notify them of elapsed gaming time at set intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum self-exclusion period selected.

9.3 Any Member who believes their gambling has become problematic is encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature and to seek assistance. 720pub supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming awareness initiatives and encourages Members to review available resources.

10.1 All content on the 720pub Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, sound effects, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 720pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 720pub Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to copy, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

10.3 The 720pub name, logo, and associated branding are registered or unregistered trademarks. Unauthorized use of any 720pub trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11.1 The 720pub Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 720pub makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of information displayed.

11.2 720pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 720pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 720pub's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their 720pub Wallet in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 720pub's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 720pub's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

12.1 720pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the 720pub Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 720pub processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of marketing communications where consent has been given.

12.3 720pub will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering the Platform's Services, subject to binding data processing agreements.

13.1 720pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a valid regulatory order or court order requiring account closure;
• Account inactivity in combination with an unverified Account status.

13.2 Members may close their Account at any time by contacting 720pub support. Upon voluntary closure of a verified Account with a positive Wallet balance, the remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Member's last verified withdrawal method within fourteen (14) business days.

13.3 Following permanent termination for breach of these Terms, 720pub reserves the right to retain Wallet balances and withhold outstanding winnings as damages for the breach, subject to applicable law.

14.1 720pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via their registered email address and/or a prominent notification on the 720pub Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

14.2 The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date (displayed in the page header above) shall be the binding version. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.3 If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the 720pub Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to 720pub's support team for informal resolution. 720pub aims to respond to formal dispute notices within five (5) business days.

15.3 If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial dispute notice, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, 720pub reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction it deems necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.

16.2 Formal legal notices to 720pub must be submitted in writing to the email address above with the subject line "Legal Notice – Terms & Conditions." 720pub will acknowledge receipt of formal legal notices within three (3) business days.
